Starter is £49 a month for solo builders and small teams, Professional is £119 a month, Enterprise is £299 a month, Constructor is £499 a month for the full construction ERP, and Lifecycle is £999 a month and adds the building lifecycle and facilities management system. Prices exclude VAT, yearly billing saves 17 per cent, and every plan includes a 14-day free trial.

How does Pinnqle use AI?

Pinnqle uses AI to estimate from a photo or a description, read and measure PDF drawings, count repeated symbols, analyse contracts, assess defects from a photograph and draft documents. Five project agents answer questions grounded in the company's own live data. All of it runs server-side and none of it acts on its own: the arithmetic is done deterministically by the software, the AI explains and drafts, and a person approves before anything is written to a record.

Does Pinnqle work for facilities management as well as construction?

Yes. The Lifecycle plan adds an estate-wide asset register, planned preventative maintenance scheduled from each asset, a statutory compliance register covering UK, Australian and US requirements, a reactive service desk with SLA tracking, a client portal and an offline-capable engineer field app. It is designed so a contractor who builds a building can continue to maintain it under a service contract.

Pinnqle supports the United Kingdom, Australia and the United States. Each building and project carries its own country, which switches the compliance sets, certificate types, units, tax treatment and terminology automatically — so an Australian site sees SWMS where a UK site sees RAMS.
